Location: Polzeath, Cornwall

This new 550msq. three storey property has a prominent coastal location, with stunning panoramic views. The brief was to create an interior which worked in synergy with both the architecture and the surrounding to achieve a timeless design. The overarching pale colour palette takes inspiration from the sea, with the scheme sympathetically using materials and hues to create a light and spacious holiday home. Reflective surfaces, such as mirror, glass and chrome, are used effectively as highlights, balancing with the light natural timbers. The result is an elegant, calm space in harmony with the seascape surroundings.
