Client: St. Moritz Hotel
Location: Trebetherick, Cornwall
We were asked to design the interior for a new build restaurant that has a separate brand and experience to the main hotel which is situated by the outdoor pool and leisure lawn, within the coastal grounds.
The Seaside restaurant is a summer venue providing a space for enjoying a relaxing lunch or sunset dinner, with flexible seating that can spill out on to the front sun terrace. The interior is light, with Mediterranean influences using Azur blues and vibrant orange, paired with a washed out reclaimed floor and light timber joinery.
The brief for the bedrooms was to create a new look and feel to the ground floor accommodation through a design which would compliment the modern and intimate cosy rooms situated on the ground and first floors. These spacious and airy rooms now have their own private sun room with direct access to the coastal gardens leading to the Seaside Restaurant.
