A staged approach
The first meeting, which is free of charge, is to discuss your requirements and the project scope. From this we will provide a proposal, detailing services with fixed prices per stage. Once the proposal is agreed you can be assured of no hidden extras or charges for additional hours not agreed. Offering a clear, but flexible approach we can do as little or as much as you require, working to your timescales.
Using a Co-design approach, the initial meeting is to formulate a clear brief, which sometimes is straightforward and others times will require a little more work. We understand every project is unique and we use our experience to quickly understand your values objectives and to build confidence in our working relationship.
Pre-planning and Planning Applications
Producing drawing and liaising with relevant departments to prepare the necessary documents for a planning application.
This is the creative stage where the design team will start by producing space plans, initial layouts and mood boards. Once we have a feel of your preferred style we start working on the concept ideas and produce artist sketches to give you a feel of the planned look with sample boards.
Bespoke Joinery Items
Designing bespoke joinery items including reception desks, bars, beds, tables and shelving/storage units. Producing detailed CAD drawings for production by a joiner of your choice or we are happy to organise on your behalf.
Implementation & CAD Drawings packages
When you are totally comfortable with the concepts we then plan the implementation to ensure it fits in with your business. Detailed CAD drawing packages and specifications including costings are produced ready to be given to contractors. We can place orders on your behalf or supply a list of trusted suppliers for you to work with directly. Through our relationships we can provide stylish designer furniture at special rates so you get access to very best quality contemporary products.
Finally the design delivery takes the stress out of the development. Overseeing the project, managing suppliers and contractors to make sure the agreed concept is what you see at the end.
